Problem Description

CryoPDP is a provider of innovative temperature-controlled logistics solutions to the clinical research, pharmaceutical and cell and gene therapy markets. CryoPDP is looking for an enterprise-wide VoIP solution to replace its existing infrastructure. The VoIP solution that CryoPDP is looking for should have the following features: VOIP management, call redirection based on inhouse design schema, phone line ownership on country without local presence (to redirect to external agent), customer service management, call recording, short-term line provisioning, personalized waiting message, and customizable KPIs. The solution should cover a maximum of countries. Current countries are UK, US, IE, PH (Partial), JP (in Test without users), FR (Pending), PL (In Test), NL (In Test), KR (in a single user), PT (emergency line). Countries to be deployed are BE, IN, AU, US (Bluebird), and SP. However, even if not yet planned, we aim at covering most of the countries as our activity is global.
